Here at J.L. Rocha we want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase, if for some reason you are not satisfied we will accept returns within 15 DAYS after purchase if the following conditions are met:
Product must be unworn
Product must be in the original box and packaging
Product and packaging must be in good re-saleable condition
Full price purchased items can be exchanged or refunded minus shipping costs. Credit will be issued to the credit card used for the original purchase.
Sale or discounted merchandise (Merchandise Purchased With A Promo Code) Can Only Be Exchanged For A Store Credit Minus original shipping cost. Store credits are issued on a unique promo code format and are valid for 180 days
· RETURN BY COURIER (INSTRUCTIONS)
1. Send email to email@example.com including your order number, your name, and zip code from your shipping address on the original order, and the reasons for return or exchange.
2. If multiple items were purchased, please mention the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
3. You will receive an email confirming that you return or exchange request was received and we will require that you send the box back to us via USPS along with a shipping label for your new/exchanged product.
4. We usually receive returned items within 3 to 5 business days. Once we have received the item(s) you will be reimbursed for the total amount paid minus shipping cost (on full price purchases only). Your credit should appear on your credit card within 5 to 7 days after this process.
