The Future of J.L. Rocha Collaborations

Featuring our Midnight Blue Collection

Our praise and thanks will always be with our in-house team that works to bring you daily content, help us fulfill orders and provide exceptional customer service. Yet we’re no strangers to creative collaborations - if you haven’t seen our media page, you can find some great examples there. While we push ourselves to grow in our quality and our craftsmanship our spirit of creativity has never diminished. Paired with the exceptional work of Photographer Adrian Tapia, this post will deep dive on the future of our collaborations.

On working with creatives:

Photography, videography, graphics.

Our creative lens is about being bold with minimal effort. We believe that style and substance are more important that flash and flaunting. While our in house team brings you our product photography on site and much of the social media you see across platforms, we want to showcase the connections we’ve made and the talent that we’ve met.

Near our home base in San Diego, California.

We will of course be keeping our in house team in motion, but at home in San Diego we are expanding our view and getting back in action with amazing photographic talent. Our goals for the future in these collaborations will focus on creative lifestyle and product showcasing. When we get the opportunity, we’ll look at making videos near home as well - with a new one to come soon from our showroom.

International - In Leon, Guanajuato

José Luis Rocha has been hard at work flexing his creativity and building relationships, through this we’ve asked our family to help us meet amazing creatives in Leon, Guanajuato to help us showcase our craft. Our focus is to highlight where we come from and what we do. Showcasing our artisans, our home city, and our family. Stay tuned over the next year to see where the road may lead.

Online and Outside

While all these projects are keeping us busy, we will still be working on expanding our opportunities. We encourage any creatives that produce videos, art, or photography to contact us or tag us online. We want to showcase talent that aligns with our core values of History, Ethics, and Individuality.

On working with our community:

Telling your story alongside ours.

Our content isn’t just about working with talented experts (like our photographers, artisans, and teammates) it’s also about leaving a lasting legacy. After many years of growing and improving, we want to take the next steps toward collaboration with our community.

Our media and updates

Will be continually incoming, our goals are to sift through our archive of blog posts and refresh some of our key content while expanding on ideas that engage our community. Beyond that we have plans to further develop our podcast and YouTube channel - with tips, stories, and important ideas from our family.

Impact and communication

We want to cut through some of the noise from social media and find out what truly impacts others. We will spend the majority of this year working on our brand and our community, so we ask you: our supporters and friends - to help us along this journey. Our plan is to find creative ways to reward our community of followers by engaging with them. We want to create opportunities where you can share your stories, ideas, and talents with our community as well. While we work on our first steps, we encourage you to visit our community page and think about what makes you unique.

We can’t wait to get in touch, and hope to start some new initiatives before the year ends.

Finally, the exclusives.

Our newsletter has always been our biggest avenue of support, we don’t want to flood your inbox with unnecessary promotions - but we want to honor your support with exclusive opportunities. We will be exploring new ways to surprise and delight our newsletter supporters starting in April. You can always sign up in the footer of our website.

Closing Notes

and a message from Jose-Noel

We’ve been working hard to make changes that count, your support in helping this brand grow has been palpable from the beginning. We love knowing that there are units in practically every state, and we appreciate you helping us move forward. We want to thank you and encourage you to uplift others in your community the way you have us. While we find new ways to share our story, our values, and our community with others - your sharing, commenting, and engaging with our brand makes all the difference.

Muchas Gracias Todos!
