Married to Luxury Leather Goods

J.L. Rocha Values, Men’s Style Guide

Introduction:

As a family owned leather goods brand, all family occasions are cause for celebration, especially when we get the chance to add a new member. We had the joy to celebrate together for the wedding of Jose-Noel Rocha and his new wife while braving humid temperatures in the Midwestern summer. Before a touching and intimate ceremony, Jose Luis Rocha gifted his son an entry level watch to match the J.L. Rocha Shoes he was wearing. The short trip inspired us to compile a style guide for wedding suits, starter watches, and J.L. Rocha Dress shoes for all seasons.

Let’s get started:

Look 1: A Winter Wedding Suit

Rich colors and muted bases

Keep warm and oaky during winter months.

When winter comes the cold weather comes with it, meaning you should shave a versatile look that goes well indoors and out. We curated this look with a mindset of rich colors that combine with muted bases, for the aspiring connoisseur of luxury goods.

  • Luxury Suiting: Ted Baker OMISJS Slim Fit Check Suit Jacket | $465

  • Starter Watch: Tissot Gentleman Powermatic 80 Silicium | $725

  • J.L. Rocha 5037 Rústico Double Monk | $455

This suit is an elevated entry level when it comes to purchasing quality products that will last. Symbolizing those who have a classic confidence, don’t be afraid to wear a subtle statement tie to really bring this look together.

Look 2: The Springtime Wedding Suit

Cool blues and deep colors

Add boldness to the color changes of spring.

Few seasons encapsulate marriage, the budding of new growth, as much as spring; we compiled this look to be bold in the face of changing colors and blooming flowers.

  • Starter Watch: Omega DeVille Prestigeco-Axial Chronometer 39,5mm | $3,750

  • The Elegante Lace Up in Midnight | $455

This suit was inspired by Jose-Noels wedding attire, and goes best with a crisp white dress shirt. A tie is optional depending on the temperature.

Look 3: A Summer Wedding Suit

Casually Luxe in Linen

Look 4: The Fall Wedding Suit

Let the leaves change color while you stay Classic during a fall wedding. This look is crafted to keep a modern edge on classic wedding attire and maintain a look of elegance while standing out for subtlety.
