The seasonal inspiration:
Inspired by the idea of Timeless Classics: our new video highlights the Metropolis Building designed by the french Architects Jules & Raymond Février for La Union y El Fenix, now owned by Metropolis Serguros. This building sits between the two most iconic streets in Madrid, the Calle de Alcalá and Gran Vía.
39th Alcalá Street: The Metropolis Building
With 205 spotlights that light up every night the building its beauty, the building has 11 more sculptural sets and was completed in 1911. Restoration occurred in 1988, and in 1996 the entire facade was restored.The Rounded cupola is covered with 30,000 leaves of 24 carat gold.
